The cut-off date for the reduced rate of $205/night is March 26, 2018.
■ invitational travelers. Do not call the hotel for a reservation, but complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form found online at www.nbppc2018.org/register. Please follow the instructions on the form.
FAMILY and GUEST ACTIVITIES
Orlando is world renowned for its attractions for visitors with varying interests from far and wide. The conference will not be arranging a specific program of activities for non-attendees. However, the conference organizers will work with the Renaissance hotel staff and other local resources to provide information on a variety of local attractions.
Note: the conference will provide two options for non-attendees to attend the Monday and Wednesday evening receptions or to enjoy the receptions as well as breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
